These Terms and Conditions set the legal rules for use of the official 1Red website and mobile application by users located in Ireland. By using our services, you agree to the provisions below and any policies referenced. The rules cover betting, bonuses, payments, privacy, security, and your rights and obligations. General Betting Rules

- Subsequent result changes (e.g., disqualification) do not affect settlement unless the market rules state otherwise.
- Dead-heat: your stake is divided by the number of tied participants, and the win is settled at the original odds.
- Event Changes and Cancellations
- If an event is postponed, abandoned, or relocated, settlement follows the market rules displayed on site. Where no specific rule applies, bets may stand if played within a reasonable time frame; otherwise void.
- If a selection is a non-runner or void, multiples are adjusted using odds of 1.00 for that leg.
- Cash Out and Edit Bet
- Cash Out is discretionary and not guaranteed. Availability can be withdrawn for technical or integrity reasons. Cash Out offers become binding only on server acceptance.
- Responsible and Fair Play
